I pride myself on being an easy designer to work with. I'm fanatical about two way communication as I know how it feels to be kept out of the loop. I'm always easily accessible and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.

Most of my contacts are not based in design studios, developers or web entrepreneurs. Some have taken my interface designs and ideas and code them in-house. This is how I prefer to work as my passion is in design, not development, although this site has been a blast to pull together!. However, I'm more than capable of implementing my own designs if the situation calls for it.

My contacts specifically love the quality of my work and the quality of the service I provide. I understand that whilst some of my contacts are web experts themselves, some have very little technical knowledge and don't understand the jargon that other designers and developers throw at them. I explain my ideas in a simple, easy to understand manner tailored to each situation.
